Catratcha says \"David probably gets the prize for having the hardest farm to get to and some of the best views getting there!\" Janine \u0026amp; Saadat experienced this first hand in February 2024 when they were finally able to go visit Catracha and David's farm in person. \u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFrom seed to processing, David puts love and hardwork into his crop, resulting in a sweet, juicy coffee. Up front we taste a bright, ripe tangelo zest that lifts into a rich \u0026amp; creamy body, reminiscent of Dulce de Leche. It makes for a complex yet inviting cup. To emphasize its natural sugars, careful attention has been given to the roast profile of this coffee.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSo why does this coffee cost a few bucks more?\u003c\/strong\u003e In addition to the premium we paid (which goes directly to David) we are charging an additional $3 at retail to send back directly to Catracha for what they are calling \u003cem\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eThird Payment\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e.
